Recently, someone sent us an email to view some Super Bowl pictures via Ofoto and it reminded us of one experience that we had with Ofoto before the Christmas holiday.
My wife had ordered a box of photo Christmas cards from Ofoto. When they arrived, they were a bit dark to say the least - she did not send the corrected jpg file that I created. In any case, it was a Thursday and she sent an email asking if they could do anything and get it to us fast. Well, you know what? They overnighted on Saturday (of the same week!) a new box of pictures for free! Free delivery too. We got the pictures on Monday and they improved the pictures also. One word: awesome customer service!
We rarely praise vendors and/or sponsors openly but Ofoto definitely deserves it. Highly recommended!
